Remove all the stupid duplicated code to do the help stuff, and instead do

* src/about.c, src/util.c, src/util.h: Remove all the
stupid duplicated code to do the help stuff, and instead
do a simple call for 'yelp ghelp:zenity'. -418, +23. Eeek.
Fixes #135607.
