To retrieve the source files, you can use:
wget --referer='http://www.irfanview.info/files/iview453.zip' --user-agent='Mozilla (X11)' http://irfanview.info/files/iview453.zip
To build the irfanview_4.53.orig.tar.gz, you have to take all four source zip files:
* iview453.zip
* iview453_x64.zip
* iview453_plugins.zip
* iview453_plugins_x64.zip
And extract them like so:
