This will ensure that the source version of the localizations are not installed unless explicitly requested (since the "real" localization files are in the lumina-i18n repo - these source files are theauto-generated ones before getting sent up to the pootle localization system). 2) Add a few more .desktop files for the various Lumina utilities.

	Now the utilites are arranged by category (core, core-utils, desktop-utils), so all the -utils may be excluded by a package system (or turned into separate packages) as needed.
