Clean up/add some desktop/panel "prepareToClose()" routines, and have them run when appropriate. Also add these close routines to the general session cleanup.
Add support for a new "--noclean" CLI flag when starting LuminaDE. This flag will tell the session not to close system tray utilities and other applications on session close.

This utility is a front-end to the xrandr utility, and provides the ability to probe/manage various numbers of monitors.
NOTE: This utility is *not* tied into the build yet. I still want to do a bit more testing before enabling this by default.

NOTE: This option does not retroactively remove thumbnails that have already been loaded - it only prevents loading thumbnails in new directories.

1) Move all the File operations into a seperate thread (GUI no longer lags when performing long operations).
2) Streamline/simplify the time spent looking for snapshots of a directory (re-use the base snapshot directory found if it is still the same directory - no need to search for it again).

Now it is run through a "CleanSession" function beforehand to try and safely close down any applications/trays. Als reduce the number of filesystem watchers: only have one in the session itself, which sends out a signal when the desktop settings config file changes (instead of a watcher in every desktop class).

1) Found/fixed a bug with a panel mis-reporting which number it was.
2) Clean up the panel interface management in lumina-config.

1) When finding a file mimetype, try a case-insensitive filter if nothing came out of the case-sensitive search.
2) lumina-fm: when removing a slideshow file, try to automatically go to the next/previous picture instead of index=0;
3) Add a bunch more processEvents() calls to the lumina-fm file operations dialog. This should keep the UI's more responsive and update the visuals more often while running operations on large numbers of files.
4) lumina-fm: Fix another upper->lower case extension issue when checking if a file is supported by Qt's read/write operations.
