+- Make WaylandAllocateShmMemory() fallible.
+- Implement WaylandReAllocateShmMemory() to re-allocate Shm pool.

+- Implement and use WaylandShmPool::Release().
+- Make WindowSurfaceWayland::CreateWaylandBuffer() as fallible.
