Telegram Desktop and csd
The poison that is client-side decorations has finally reached (and [link
2](https://github.com/telegramdesktop/tdesktop/issues/4358)) Telegram Desktop
in Devuan Ceres. Even my gtk-nocsd
package didn't help. However, the Telegram devs actually provide a simple flag
in the settings to use the system titlebar! Thankfully, the Telegram devs have
provided a choice. The people who like reduced functionality (aka minimalism)
can hide the system titlebar, while those of us who want a traditional desktop
environment with consistent titlebars can use them. See the "Use system window
frame" option in the screenshot.
