files and directories works by specifying a phrase that is compared
against a file or directory path. Only if the file or directory
matches at least one entry in the include list and none of the
entries in the exclude list it passes filtering. The phrase is also a
file or directory name, but it must be relative to the base
sync-directory and may additionally include wild cards like '*' or
'?'.</FONT></P>
