* Rearrange the Lumina source tree quite a bit:Ken Moore2016-04-25
| | | | Now the utilites are arranged by category (core, core-utils, desktop-utils), so all the -utils may be excluded by a package system (or turned into separate packages) as needed.
* Cleanup lumina-config a bit:Ken Moore2016-02-05
| | | | | | 1) Add an "all files" option to the background file selector dialog (just in case the file has an alternate extension/syntax). 2) Add options to select a directory (single/recursive) when looking for background files. 3) Clean up a lot of commented-out code from the mainUI file.
* Replace the "KeyCatch" dialog with a QKeySequenceEdit (added in Qt 5.2). The ↵Ken Moore2015-12-03
| | | | keycatch dialog is still there in source (just commented out) until we can verify that the Qt widget picks up all the special keys properly.
* Add an extension to the Lumina theme engine/class for specifying a mouse ↵Ken Moore2015-08-12

This is integrated into lumina-config as well, but still have 2 problems with it: 1) The active re-loading of the new cursors does not work yet (Qt issues I am still working on) 2) The X11 Cursor file to use for the sample image cannot be loaded by Qt (need to write my own format conversion routine)
* Update lumina-config to list all desktop plugins on the screen, and only ↵Ken Moore2015-07-09
| | | | make changes when the user clicks "save". Also adjust the viewport for the panel widgets a bit (ensure sizing, scroll to end on new panel, etc..)
* Add a new PanelWidget to lumina-config. This allows the user to add more ↵Ken Moore2015-06-26
| | | | than 2 panels to each screen, and panels can be removed individually (not just the last one).
* Add the ability to set solid-color backgrounds within Lumina, and add this ↵Ken Moore2015-05-20

* Finish cleaning up the new XDG autostart write-support and enable it in ↵Ken Moore2015-05-12
| | | | | | lumina-config. Now Lumina use the XDG spec entirely for auto-starting applications/utilities. NOTE: The conversion routine from the old->new autostart spec has not been implemented yet, so the old file will still be used for a short while (just not changeable through lumina-config).
* Fix an issue with how the panel configuration was adjusting the "other" ↵Ken Moore2015-03-02

* Add the ability to "reset" an application back to defaults in lumina-config ↵Ken Moore2015-02-17
| | | | - and setup the web browser/email/file manager/terminal buttons to use this functionality.
* Add the ability to set different date/time formats on a session-wide scale, ↵Ken Moore2015-02-05
| | | | and have the clock plugin instantly update to the new format (backwards compatible with no formats set)
* Re-arrange the lumina-config UI a bit. Now the different sections are ↵Ken Moore2015-02-05
| | | | grouped together a bit more intuitively.
* Add a new dialog for prompting the user to select a plugin (of any type). ↵Ken Moore2015-02-05
| | | | Also ensure that these custom dialogs are centered on the parent window.
* Finish committing the last of the new distribution defaults framework. Also ↵Ken Moore2015-01-21
| | | | adjust the port plist, and add options to reset the system settings to default to lumina-config.
* Add the ability to change the user's icon via session->general options (will ↵Ken Moore2015-01-21
| | | | also change the icon in PCDM if the home directory is not encrypted with PEFS).
* Finish cleaning up the new mime-type application defaults methodology: It ↵Ken Moore2014-11-18

* Update the XDG MIME inplementation to support the draft standards for ↵Ken Moore2014-11-17
| | | | | | | | registering default application (Note: does not use the mime association routines, just defaults) Lumina-config will now use this backend system for default app registrations, but lumina-open does not use it yet. Also, the defaults tab in lumina-config is still not completely updated yet (resulting in some breakage or unusable buttons). DO NOT BUILD FROM THIS REVISION - Will be fixed very soon but needed a git snapshot
* Add the auto-hide ability for the Lumina panels (and add a configuration ↵Ken Moore2014-10-23
| | | | option for it to lumina-config). If selected, this will only leave a 2-pixel thick "edge" of the panel on the screen that will expand out to the full panel when moused-over.
* Finish up the rest of the new Lumina Theme engine and the utilities for ↵Ken Moore2014-10-14
| | | | editing those themes in lumina-config. Also tag Lumina version 0.7.0 with this change.
* Large update to the Lumina project: provide full theming capabilities.Ken Moore2014-10-10
| | | | | | | | | | | | | 1) New libLumina classes: LuminaThemes.h 2) Single-line usage to add lumina theme usage to an application (already added to all the Lumina utilities) 3) Include a Lumina-default theme template, as well as a single color scheme (will add more later) 4) Will create a global Qt style for "lumina" so that this theme engine can be automatically applied to all Qt applications at a later date (want to make sure to beat this up and get it working reliably before turning it on for everything). Major Features: 1) Full Qt theme capabilities through Qt stylesheets (so they can be modified and applied on the fly). 2) Stylesheets are broken into a couple pieces: an "incomplete" stylesheet file (the theme template) with variables in place of colors, font size, and font family. A "color" file which variable->value definitions for the different colors. And a themesettings.cfg files which keeps track of the files/font settings. 3) Along with this, add the ability to specify the icon theme that is used as well, and make that automatically re-loaded as necessary. 4) Add the ability to read/set thes values in lumina-config. The lumina-config usage is still a bit rough: working on cleaning it up right now.

* Clean up the new global.h usage in all the Lumina subprojects.Ken Moore2014-10-06
| | | | | | | | | | 1) Move the global.h file usage into libLumina exclusively 2) Define a new "LuminaOS::LuminaShare()" function for retrieving the install directory for Lumina (based on the PREFIX/global.h) 3) Change all the other lumina sub directories/projects to use the new LuminaShare() function when necessary. 4) This also fixes up the loading of translations in many of the subprojects (found a bug in the path used in a number of them). Reason: Previous implementation *only* worked if you built lumina from the base directory, causing problems with rebuilding individual pieces of Lumina. This also cleans up the general lumina projects as they only need the LuminaOS class loaded instead of knowing about this other possible OS implementation.
* add global.h containing PREFIX and make use of it in all sub-modules,Christopher Roy Bratusek2014-10-05
| | | | | add PREFIX and LIBPREFIX to the qmake .pro files (allows to change prefix and libdir using <qmake PREFIX=/usr LIBDIR=/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/> or whatever) update debian packaging scripts accordingly
* Add a new dialog to lumina-config for selecting applications:Ken Moore2014-10-01
| | | | This makes it easier for the user to select the application either by icon or name.
* Add a Fluxbox Window theme preview to lumina-configKen Moore2014-10-01
