This is a very minor thing, but when I get tired of this error message, I can deal with it. For me, this tends to happen when I try to run Mineclonia (Luanti).

[ALSOFT] (EE) Could not query RTKit: No such file or directory (2)

To fix it, prepare this.

grep -qiE 'rt-prio = 0' ~/.config/alsoft.conf 1>/dev/null 2>&1 || printf '[general]\nrt-prio = 0' | tee -a ~/.config/alsoft.conf

Although, reading through the messages, maybe my lack of rtkit (not a "root kit", by the way, supposedly) is a contributing factor to my audio lag in the game. Eh, whatever.
